Lumbini is UNESCO World Heritage Site Tour because of Lord Gautam Buddha. This place is holy place for all Buddhist people across the world. Different countries established different stupa to pay homage to the Lord Gautam Buddha.
Lumbini garden is the main attracting place which is surrounded by different stupas. Ashoka pillar is built in 250 BC by the great emperor Ashoka which gives information about the Lord Buddha birth.
There is Mayadevi temple which is very famous temple around here. Mayadevi is the name of Lord Gautam Buddha’s mother. There is a Lumbini Museum which kept different archaeology safely from the history. Kapilbastu is 27 km away from Lumbini. Buddha was born on the way to Lumbini from Kapilbastu as Mayadevi was returning from her parents house.

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu Airport, A representative of Himalayan Encyclopedia will wait outside of the airport with your name signage to welcome you to the beautiful country Nepal. He will take you to the hotel. In the day, there will be trip briefing. We will provide you much more information in the briefing which help you to prepare the trip nicely. In the evening you can explore touristic city Thamel. Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 02 : Fly from Kathmandu to Lumbini
After having breakfast in Kathmandu, we depart to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu. The flight will be about 30 min to Bhairawa airport. After that we drive to Lumbini, the birth place of Lumbini. Overnight in Lumbini.
Day 03 : Lumbini Heritage Site Tour
Today we go full sight seeing in Lumbini Heritage Site Tour. We visit most popular Peace Pagoda, Maya Devi Garden,Mayadevi Temple, Thai Monastery, China Monastery etc. Overnight in Lumbini Hotel.
Day 04 : Day Tour in Tilaurakot
After having breakfast at Lumbini Hotel, we drive to Tilaurakot which is about 28 km west from Lumbini. This place is one of the historical place of Lumbini, where Gautam Buddha spent first 29 years of his life. We visit the Royal Palace of Shakya Kingdom, Museum and Foundation. We return to Lumbini for our overnight stay.
Day 05 : Fly from Lumbini to Kathmandu and City Sight Seeing
Today we fly to Kathmandu from Lumbini. The flight will be half an hour from Bhairawa Airport. After landing at Tribhuwan International Airport, we go to hotel and take rest. In the day we go sightseeing in Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 6: Final Departure
Your wonderful journey to Nepal come to an end today. A representative of Himalayan Encyclopedia will drop to you at the airport, about 3 hours before your flight. We say Good Bye for this time and hope to see you in Nepal again for next adventure.
